Holcim Lafarge commissioned IV Water to carry out structural audits of Plant and Equipment at their sand and gravel quarries in Victoria in 2012 - 2016. The objective was to identify and report on the structural condition of the plant and equipment at the sites and assess the need of any rehabilitation or remedial work needed to ensure overall safety and prevent catastrophic failure.

The site inspection notes and photographs were further assessed using the developed and agreed risks matrix in view of providing the recommendations on actions required.
